THE NEW YOU

This unconventional training aims to help participants to look deep inside them and to do deep self –reflection in order to find out where they are in all areas of their life- work performance, time management, goals and KPI achievement, overall health, personal growth, money/salary spending habits, daily habits and also relational skill. Jackson uses a method call The Life Record Card. In the first day, Jackson will introduce the concept of The New You and help them understand we can only acquire a new life by becoming a new person.

In the first day afternoon, Jackson will show help them to do personal reflection and create awareness of where they are and finally they will be shown on day one late afternoon and whole day 2 on how to apply techniques, skills, steps, strategies in all areas of life such work performance, time management, goals and KPI achievement, overall health, personal growth, money/salary spending habits, daily habits and also relational skill.
